bitsy boot loaders

• osloader-1.3.0.exe. This appears not to work under Pocket PC 2002, but I include it because it's now hard to find on the web.
• osloader-1.3.0.exe.md5sum
• BootBlaster_1.18.exe. Use this to load bootldr-0000-2.14.8, renamed to bootldr and then copied into the ipaq with ActiveSync. Trying to rename it on the ipaq will just aggravate you. (Thank you, WinCE!)

• bootldr-0000-2.14.8 The `penguin' boot loader.

• bootldr-2.18.01.bin. A newer penguin boot loader, untested by me.
